Hi Brant Lake Camp Family!
I hope this finds everyone doing well and enjoying some time off this month. While writing 2024 might still be strange, the BLC team has been fully locked in for Summer at Brant Lake Camp. Speaking of the BLC team, Alexa Minion and Merrin Meltzer have jumped right in, helping us sprint towards opening day. Richie G and Mieks are doing great, splitting their time between Chapel Hill (and the UNC Tar Heels) and NYC (including extra time with granddaughter Violet Brant Gersten). Zach and Cuts have been working hard hiring counselors, while Andy and I have been busy recruiting campers (welcome new BLC families!) and becoming regulars at the Stamford, Connecticut Dig Inn.
The rumors are true! There will be a new ninja course this summer (next to the climbing wall) and I can’t wait to see you all hanging/leaping/climbing on it. Yes, there is also a brand new Axis A20, perfect for skiers, boarders, and the wakesurfing crowd. I’m also very excited to announce we will continue to expand our flag football program to include great instruction this summer.
Only 116 days until June 22nd and the buses heading up to camp! See you all soon!
